terms + conditions

PAYMENT + EXPENSES + ESTIMATES:​

  • We accept payment via Online Banking (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Cash, or Cheque (no personal cheques are accepted.​

  • 50% of payment is required before graphic design work is started.

  • Upon completion of the design, a sample file will be sent to the client. After approving the final concept, the client is then responsible for submitting the remaining 50% balance. Once payment is made in full, the high-resolution files will be released to the client.

  • Quotes/Estimates are not final billings and are subject to change. 

  • A 5.7% transaction/processing fee is added to all PayPal invoices.

REFUNDS:

  • Unfortunately, due to the time-consuming nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project has begun.

  • We will only offer an in-house credit, once the total fee for work done has been deducted. 

  • If for any reason you wish to cancel a project, please note that you will not be reimbursed and your project progress will come to an end. If you wish to re-start the service after cancellation, you will have to pay the full price to begin your project again.

TURNAROUND TIME:

  • FLYERS, SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT, BIZ CARDS, STANDARD DESIGNS | 2 Business Days.

  • SAME DAY SERVICE (Where applicable) | Additional $30.00

  • BRANDING (LOGO DESIGNS), MOTION GRAPHICS | 3-5 Business Days

  • WEBSITE DESIGN, BRANDING PACKAGES, DYNAMIC DISPLAYS, ANNUAL REPORTS | 20-14 Business Days

  • Depending on the nature of your project, some turn-around times will be discussed and agreed upon before payment is processed.

  • Occasionally, turnaround times due to fluctuating workloads may be extended. You will be notified if there is a significant delay in your project.

REVISIONS + PROOFS:

  • Once your initial proof is completed it will be sent to you for review. Depending on your project, you will be afforded between 1-3 opportunities for review. Once you have exceeded your reviews, additional edits will be $15.00 Each.

  • If more revisions are required, additional fees will apply. The client will be notified of this cost before the fee is applied and amendments made.

FORMATS:

  • Files are always sent in the respective formats based on your project. .JPG .PNG .PDF .EPS

  • We DO NOT release PSD files. PSD FILES MAY BE PURCHASED for an additional $100.00

 

FINAL PRODUCT:

  • Once your final product is complete, please ensure that you are satisfied with everything when you approve the final design. 

  • If there is an error on our behalf (typo, etc.), we will amend it free of charge. However, changes such as colors, font, etc. after final approval will be subject to a $15 revision fee.

TRANSFER OF RIGHTS:

  • Once your final files are released, you are free to utilize your artwork as you see fit. However, under no circumstances can the artwork be sold to a third-party.

  • While you as the client are not obligated to display Viewtiful Creative's brand image on your purchased artwork. the client is not permitted to mislead others into thinking the artwork was created by anyone other than Viewtiful Creative.

  • Draft files and samples of designs are property of Viewtiful Creative and shall not be used in any way or posted onto social media.
